Two images today. I could not decide. I went to Curves this morning. I added the Couch 25K app on my phone. So This is what I did in 30 minutes. I alternated running/jogging 60 seconds and brisk walking for 1 minute 30 seconds. I am hoping it gets easier.
Then this afternoon the storms rolled in. This is what it looked like before it started pouring. I enjoyed the storms but I heard there were tornados that touched down. One even hit a house of an acquaintance of mine. Thankful that we were spared but concerned and praying for those that weren't.
